carlosTRANSITIONAL LIVING PROGRAM- AGE 16-21 WOOW PROGRAM

LAYN’s housing programs offer much more than a place to call home. We will help you create your own education and employment program, individualized for your needs, while providing a variety of other supportive services. Most important, they're staffed by people who understand what you've gone through, and who will be there to help —as you imagine and move forward into the future you want to create.

The Transitional Living Program seeks to prepare homeless youth for a life of independence. You can apply to the program by calling the number below to set up an appointment with the Program Manager. You will need one form of personal identification, and be willing to enroll in a formal education and/or employment program.
Location: Los Angeles, CA (Hollywood)
